How long does delivery take?
We use Yodel & EVRI to ship orders:
Yodel - 3 business days
EVRI standard - 2-3 business days
EVRI Next day - order before 12pm

How can I track my order?
What is the cut off time for next day delivery?
We send all next day delivery parcels with EVRI. Order before 12pm to ensure you recieve your order on time.
What is the refund and exchange policy?
You have 14 days to return your jewellery to receive a refund or exchange.
How do I process a return?
You can log your return through our returns portal in your account. Simply repackage your jewellery in it's original packaging and ship back to us with your prepaid label.
